The 10-Day Intensive Training Camp is for wrestlers looking to test their physical and mental toughness battling through 10 days of intense training, morning beach runs, afternoon pool workouts, team competitions, motivational/mental training sessions, and high level technique taught by some of the most accomplished wrestling coaches in the country. This camp is designed to push wrestlers beyond their limits in order to GAIN the perspective that goals can be reached that were never thought possible! Please come to camp in shape and prepared to wrestle hard!

The Girls Advanced Training Camp is for any and all intermediate to advanced female wrestlers ages 12-18. Camp will include morning beach runs, afternoon pool workouts, team competitions, motivational/mental training sessions, and high level technique taught by some of the most accomplished wrestling coaches in the country. This camp is designed to be a middle ground between the technique camp and the intensive camp to help push beyond their limits while building upon the technical foundation.

The main goal here is for the wrestlers to have fun while developing the skills needed to build a basic foundation in the sport of wrestling.

SERIES OF LEGENDS CLINIC - ADELINE GRAY

Adeline Gray's achievements on the mat have earned her recognition as one of the top female wrestlers in the world. She is a six-time World Champion, becoming the first American wrestler to win five titles in 2019 and achieving a sixth in 2021. She is also a two-time Olympian, winning a silver medal at the Tokyo 2020 Games.

SERIES OF LEGENDS CLINIC - KYLE SNYDER

Known as "Snyderman", Kyle is currently the youngest wrestler ever to win a World, NCAA, and Olympic title in the same year (2016). He is a 3x Olympian, 3x World Champion, 3x NCAA Champion. With a gold and silver Olympic medal under his belt, Kyle represented the US this past summer in the 97kg weight class.
