The technique camp is specifically designed for the wrestler who is eager to excel. Technique will be broken down to its simplest form for an increased understanding of what technique should be executed, when it should be performed, how it should be implemented, and why it is effective. Each wrestler will build a foundation of technique and will be taught how to improve to higher levels of wrestling.
Wrestlers must be 8 years of age or older to attend this camp (exceptions may be considered with experience). Female wrestlers are welcome!
2007 Session Dates and Information
The technique camp will be held from July 30 - August 2. Check-in will be at 8:30am on the 30th.
Sessions will run from 9:00am-3:00pm with a half hour break for lunch (lunch not included, but will be available in the camp store). The camp will conclude at 12:00pm on the final day.
The technique camp will be located at Vallejo High School in Northern California. It is located about 35 miles east of San Francisco and 60 miles south west of Sacramento. Map

$100 deposit is required to secure a spot (with registration form)
**Remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the camp start date**
Register before March 1, 2007, or bring a group of 10 or more and receive $20 off of each applicant. Group applications must be sent in the same envelope. (Please note: Only one discount applies per applicant)

Each wrestler will come away with expert knowledge on the sport of wrestling. However, please note that this is a 5 day technique camp that will only allow you to reach a higher goal if practiced correctly and consistently. Consistency and hard work paired with world class technique is the key to a successful wrestler!
Health Insurance
All participants must have primary insurance and have signed the release on the application to attend a West Coast Wrestling Camp. We will also provide secondary accidental insurance by Vallejo PAL, which is included in the camp cost.
Cancellation Policy
We know that not all things in life go as planned, so campers may cancel at any time before the start of the first session. We do ask that you let us know as early as possible so that we may try to fill the spot. We will refund the amount paid minus the $100 deposit. Once the camp begins, no refunds will be given.
