Club Registration

To Register by mail, please follow the steps below:

1. Call or send an email to reserve a spot (please see the contact us page). Give your name, grade, weight, and which days you would like to attend. (Please note there are limited spots available. Walk-ins are welcome with availability.)
2. Download the registration forms below (PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE 2 FORMS THAT MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE PARTICIPATION). Either send it in to the address listed on the form, or bring it to the first wrestling session.
3. Send in or bring the full club payment on or before the first session.
4. Either obtain a USA Wrestling card online at: www.themat.com/membership, or bring an additional $35 and we will get one for you. All wrestlers must have a card before participating!
